Jim McKay, Senior Administrator, Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology In this episode we have the pleasure of hearing from Jim McKay, who has been at Emory for over 25 years. With a background in industrial engineering, campus ministry, and healthcare systems operations, he brings a wealth of perspectives to his work. Jim shares about his value of “doing the right thing” and of treating his colleagues with kindness and respect. He aims to keep the patient at the center of the motivation in his own and others’ work, seeking to make good administrative decisions that help people living with cancer.
